My first spectrum noir class

Hello to you all and today I would like to share with you some pics from the colouring class I gave today at my local craft shop H&J arts and craft shop louth uk.

I was showing the lovely ladies how you can colour using the spectrum noir pens and showing them how they can refill them etc, they were also impressed on how the blender pen works.

this first pic is the picture I coloured at the class, we did it bit by bit and passed it around to have a look at all the stages.

The next pic is some different colour ways I came up with at home only using the 12 packs of six pens as that seems to be what beginners seem to buy first.

The last two pics is the work the ladies did and i do believe they loved and enjoyed doing the lesson so much so I am doing it again in a months time.

I hope you enjoyed looking at the pics as much as we did colouring them.

Flower Plaque

Hello to all I have made a plaque using the free crafters companion download.

I have done this by cutting some gray board to 6x6 I stuck on some of the free paper the painted over the edges in lavender paint, then watered it down and went over the paper and dabbed off with some tissue.

I then glued around the edges and used guilding flakes gold.

The images are from the crafters companion April download, cut out and clear embossed.

I quilled the flowers and added glitter and a pearl to the middle.

The bow is ribbon and lace a cameo and some pearls looped underneath and to finish I used some hat pins.

I am entering this into the crafters companion challenge blog which runs till end of April and the theme is flowers.

Golden girl.

Hi and here is another plaque as I am having ago at some art work other than cards.

This started as gray board painted blue and a little bit of light purple, I have used Sheena Douglass stamps A little bit sketchy( ageing beautifully)( divine inspiration) these have been embossed in gold also the sentiment. I took a gorjuss girl and embossed her in gold then coloured using my spectrum  noir pens, cut her out and stuck her over the wings, she is raised ever so slightly, then I just got some cut and dry foam and smeared some gold paint over.

A little frame

This is just a little frame I made cut with the ecraft, then I used distress ink to colour it, then stamped some flowers and butterfly's onto shrink plastic coloured shrunk and added to the frame.

This is just a quick little project and wanted too share.

I did spray on some iridescent glitter spray.

Keep in crafting.
