Shabby chic Bird cage

Hello and this is a bird cage paper mache bought from the Range in Lincoln.

its been painted and binged up.

I sat down stairs and got in the mood to do this as it has been sat on a shelf for ages.

Sorry for not doing an in depth blog but I am very tired.

so hear is a selection of pics.

shabby chic card

I was asked to make a birthday card for some ones mother and he said she liked shabby chic.

the cage is cut from a red leather textured paper from the tim holtz die but the red was to much so lightened it of with some white paint and some inka gold rubbed on to it.

I do love the whole look of this card and think shabby chic is my new theme for the moment.

Paris shabby chic canvas

 Hello to you all and hope this finds you well.

I today have had a day off and could not find my mojo, I prepped everything for my second spectrum noir colouring class and we are also making a card with the finished image, I will be blogging all about that when it is over and sharing my very own colour along.

Any way to day I have finally done a bigger canvas and been inspired by my other half The Male Crafter as he has being done some brilliant ones so please go over and have a look.

this canvas is a shabby chic Paris themed and took me an hour to do and I did enjoy it.

Gone fishing

Hello to all and hope your well.

its that time of year again Fathers day, I have been crating cards for special orders and created this one and then I realised I have not entered the craters companion challenge this month and looked down and what have I coloured a mulberry wood image and the theme is masculine.

so that was a stroke of luck.

I coloured with spectrum noirs and used spellbinders stamped dad all over the background and added twine and the sentiment.

I hope you all like.

Butterfly tag and kit

Hello to you all to day I have a nice tag and come up with a little kit for sale on the Etsy shop and made a youtube video. links hear for them both.

 The tag, flower and butterfly were cut using the ecraft machine and just painted in lilac and tore paper distressed it and stamped over added embellishments and lace and ribbon.

The pearl flowers were white but coloured in with the spectrum noir pens.

And finally added glitter and sprayed with spray and shine.

Leaving my DT positions and what I am up to next

Hello to all I have been very quiet for a while this is due to not having any time to do stuff I want ot do.

I now have to tell you all I have stepped down from all the design teams I was on this was not easy as I have enjoyed working with some fab ladies but been thinking about it for a wile and well with working full time trying to do the dt cards, trying to start running lessons and youtube I could not find the time to craft for my self or keep up to date with my blog or anyone elses, so know I have trimmed it back I will be focusing my efforts on doing youtube vids doing my blog and trying to become a craft tutor and keeping up todate with others blogs add in work and home life to that and I think I will be enough to keep me going.

I would like to thank every one on the dts and my followers for supporting me and hope you still will support me in my new ventures.
