Wicked witch by visable image

Today's card is done using a visable image stamp set called oz wicked witch set,

 list of pens used,

hat and dress IG 10 9 8

broom EB 5 4 3

TN 8 5 4 3 

skin JG 6 5 2

eyes TN 2

hair LG 5 4 2floor BGR 3 1

around IG  3 2

the flame CR8 OR2 CT4 using pallet blending

to do the sentiment i first stamped in black then i just stamped over the wicked bit with green offsetting it.
